Staff Wellness
The purpose of the District Wellness Program is to inspire employees to prioritize their health and well-being. By actively focusing on their health, we believe employees are more likely to take steps toward making healthier choices. This program aims to provide the support, tools, and encouragement needed to foster a healthier lifestyle, both at work and beyond.
The District Wellness Program includes a Wellness Incentive Program designed to encourage employees to prioritize their health. Employees who complete the yearly Wellness Incentive Program and enroll in the district's medical insurance will receive a discount on their medical premiums for the following insurance year. Those who complete the program but do not enroll in the district’s medical insurance will be eligible for a variety of other prizes (to be determined). This approach ensures that all participants benefit from their commitment to the Wellness Program, regardless of their insurance enrollment.
If you have any questions about the Wellness Program, please contact Annie Vigil at (316) 788-8535 or by email at avigil@usd260.com.
