No, you do not need to be on the district insurance to participate.

On September 1st, an email will be sent to all district employees with instructions on how to submit their Activity Logs, including calculated points and supporting proof.  This ensures that all eligible employees can be reviewed for the Wellness Incentive Program benefits prior to open enrollment.

You may submit any documentation that reasonably proves you completed the wellness activities you chose.  This could be a simple doctor's note, receipt, or one of the district's forms available on the website.  Please avoid submitting personal information, like detailed doctor's reports-basic confirmation of your participation is sufficient.  If questions or additional clarification regarding your submitted proof arrives, you will be contacted directly.

Each year, the district Wellness Program arranges a vaccine clinic, biometric screenings, and a mobile mammogram van to provide convenient services for employees.  These onsite resources are part of our commitment to supporting employee wellness by making it easier to participate in essential health screenings and preventive care.

Participation in the vaccine clinic is open to all employees and their families, regardless of whether they are on the district's insurance.  Employees can either provide their insurance information or pay out of pocket for the available vaccine(s).  This flexibility ensures that everyone has access to important vaccinations as part of our wellness initiative.

Participation in the biometric screenings is available exclusively to employees who are currently enrolled in the district's insurance plan.

Participation in the mobile mammogram van is not limited to those that are on the district insurance.  Additional guidelines are shared with employees before the event to ensure everyone is informed about eligibility and requirements.  Participating employees will be asked to provide their insurance information for billing.
