Please find a listing below of local COVID-19 vaccination opportunities for ages 5 and up. Note: COVID-19 vaccinations are not required at this time to attend or work at Derby Public Schools.
In the event of COVID-19 exposure at school, students who are fully vaccinated and have a COVID-19 vaccine on file will avoid quarantine as long as they remain asymptomatic. We are giving families an option to upload their student’s vaccine card in Skyward Family Access (see screenshot below). This is optional. Having their vaccination status expedites the close contact identification and notification process.
