What if I have elementary questions before I know who my child's case manager is? 

Reach out to your student's school office. 

  • IEP related questions? Ask for the SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST
  • 504 questions? As for the  SOCIAL WORKER

Once you know who your child's case manager is, they will be your point of contact for any questions you may have.  

Transitioning to a New Building Level? See Below!

We are excited to welcome you and your students as they transition to Derby Middle School, Derby North Middle School, and Derby High School. We want this transition to be as special and successful as possible. A ton of information will be given to you over the next few weeks, but this can serve as a tool to help know who to contact at Derby Middle School, Derby North Middle School, and Derby High School.

Your student will meet and develop relationships with the school staff in the first semester. It can be overwhelming. Some important points of contact are below. Please feel free to use these contacts until your case manager is assigned. You will receive a letter in the mail soon with your case manager assignment!
