The strategic plan is designed to be a roadmap for the district. The plan articulates a common foundation of expectations and goals in place to prepare our students and staff for success. Year Updates (PDF Format)

Stakeholders can expect progress to be shared in the following ways:
• Three written and oral reports at Board of Education meetings each school year
• Each written report, should have a visual element. Examples: Graph, Infographic, Testimonial, Video, etc
• Annual progress presentation to Strategic Plan Steering Committee

Communication Tools
We have a variety of tools we may utilize to share Strategic Plan progress when appropriate. Examples: Social Media, E-News, Derby School News, Staff Newsletter

Presentations
Derby Public Schools will present to stakeholders when opportunities arise for presentations. Examples: Chamber of Commerce Luncheons, Rotary Meetings
