A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the Derby Public Schools & Derby Rotary Club's Community Garage Sale with a Purpose a success!
There are still some exciting contributions expected that could increase the final total, but thanks to our community's incredible teamwork, we've already raised at least $35,000 to support student meals! Once the final total is confirmed, we will be sure to share the update.
Remaining items will be:
- Sold at the upcoming Derby Rotary car show, benefitting the Community Assistance School Lunch Program (Hot Wheels for Hot Meals Car Show & Cruise-In)
- Possibly auctioned (pending auction firm review)
- Donated to local organizations (summary to come)
