The 2022-2027 Strategic Plan is designed to be a roadmap for the district. The plan, which can be viewed at www.derbyschools.com/StrategicPlan, articulates a common foundation of expectations and goals in place to prepare our students and staff for success. The content of the strategic plan reflects feedback gathered from community focus groups, work of the Strategic Plan Steering Committee and Board of Education. 

We are seeking committee member representation to include students, staff, families, business partners and community members for each of the goal areas. We would welcome more than one person from the household to apply to be on a committee (please complete one form per person). If your child is a current student who wishes to serve as a student representative, you may also complete the form on their behalf.
