Congratulations to Heather Bohaty, Superintendent of Schools, on being named a finalist for 2025 Kansas Superintendent of the Year!
The Kansas School Superintendents’ Association (KSSA) announced today three exceptional school superintendents as finalists for the 2025 Kansas Superintendent of the Year. In June, 37 eligible Kansas Superintendents were nominated by their peers for this year’s award. Sixteen of the nominees completed the rigorous application process which includes responding to four open-ended questions and creating a personal video in which they introduce themselves, their beliefs about education and their professional accomplishments.
