Board Meetings: Dates/Locations, Agendas, Packets, Approved Minutes and Meeting Recordings

Board of Education meetings are held twice a month (with an exception in December, March and June this school year, where only one meeting is held). All regular Board Meetings begin at 6:30PM and are held at 1550 E. Walnut Grove Road in Derby.

Board agendas and packets are published on Thursdays prior to the Monday board meeting. Notification of board meetings are sent out via email. If you would like to receive notification, please email the clerk of the board at tlies@usd260.com. Board of Education meeting recordings for regular meetings can be viewed live on the City of Derby's website. 

Other Meetings

The Board also meets throughout the year with the City Council and the Derby Recreation Commissions Board of Directors for intergovernmental planning. The board may also schedule special meetings at other times. These special meetings are generally reserved for unique or emergency issues and are limited to agenda items included in the meeting notice or as provided by law.
