This Frequently Asked Questions page has been created as a part of Strategy I Communication of our district's Strategic Plan 2017-2022. Our goal with this page is to improve our website user experience by making it easier for visitors to find information quickly. How do I print my W2 form?
You can view your W2 form through your Skyward account. Click on Employee Information > Payroll > W2 Information, then choose the year you want to view. You can print your W2 with the options on the right side of the screen.
How do I view/print my pay stub?
You can view your pay stub through your Skyward account. Click on Employee Information>Payroll>Check History, then choose the pay stub you want to view. You can print your pay stub with the options on the right side of the screen.
How do I change my name after marriage, adoption, etc.?
You will need to complete this process with the payroll department at the Admin Center Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Please bring your new drivers license, your new social security card and a copy of your name change documentation (marriage license, divorce papers, adoption papers, etc.). You will also need to complete a new W4 and K4 form. If you are changing bank information, please bring that information with you as well. If you are changing any beneficiary information, please be sure to bring the name, date of birth, and social security numbers of the new beneficiaries.
How do I sign up for, or change my direct deposit?
You can change your direct deposit through your Skyward account. Click HERE for the ‘Request for directions. You can also change it in person with the payroll department at the Admin Center Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.You must bring your photo ID to make this change in person.The account number and routing number are required to set up a direct deposit.
How to change my address?
You can change your address through your Skyward account. Click on Employee Information>Personal Information>Address>Request Changes and enter your new address. Be sure to click the Save button to complete the change.
